Entertainment News: With the news of Jussie Smollett‘s recent arrest, his character’s future with the hit Fox TV drama is now in hiatus following his alleged staging a racist, homophobic hoax on himself, the producers said Thursday in a statement

“We understand the seriousness of this matter and we respect the legal process. We are evaluating the situation and we are considering our options,” 20th Century Fox Television and Fox Entertainment said in a prepared statement.
